- for a call in France: 10 figures of N° of telephone - To recompose a number without hanging up again, press 2 times on key #.

2. Why there are several numbers of access? Which is appropriate to me? |

The various numbers of access make it possible to the users to telephone starting from various types of telephone.
> N° of paying access local Paris 01 70 ......: If you call of Paris or starting from a mobile phone, use this number of access. The invoicing of this N° does not depend on Phoenix Télécom. It is your operator by defect which invoices you as of connection to the vocal waiter. You pay with the local tariff if you are in Paris. For those which use the mobile phones, this N° of access is invoiced like fixed N° by your mobile operator and, it forms part in theory of a mobile fixed price. You near your mobile operator inform.
> N° of local paying access 0811 ......: This number of access is advised with the users of fixed telephone to profit from the more long lives with lower costs 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The invoicing of this N° does not depend on Phoenix Télécom. It is your operator by defect which invoices you with the local tariff as of connection to the vocal waiter. 3. I have just bought a chart. There is a deadline to use it? |

The chart is valid 120 days starting from the date of the first call. You can call the hot-line to know the scratch date of your chart.

4. I cannot move. Can I buy a chart by correspondence? |
 |
Yes, it is possible for you to buy a chart by correspondence. For that you address a mail to us while specifying: - The name of the chart or it (be) destination (S) which you wish to call. (Our advisers, according to the destinations that you wish to call, will address the chart to you who agrees to you.) - Unite a check of the amount of your purchase, with the order of Phoenix Télécom. the price is of 15€ the chart. - Send the whole to the following address:

5. I any more units on my chart, am I do not have obliged (E) to repurchase another of them? |

If you have a chart of CallingCardsCollection.com, you can make it reload by correspondence while proceeding in the following way: - Write a mail by specifying N° of series of your chart and the first 5 figures of the confidential code. - Unite a check of the amount of the refill to the order of Phoenix Télécom, 15€ minimum. - Do not forget to mention your telephone coordinates so that we can warn you when the refill is carried out. - Send the whole to the following address:

6. With what do correspond the expenses of connection? |

The expenses of connection are deduced from the credit of the chart after the result from the call. The remaining duration is announced before the deduction of the expenses of connection. They vary according to the duration of each call and the destination called. For more information, please contact our customer service.

7. When I press 2 times on key # and that I again compose N° of my correspondent, that involves T it expenses of connection? |

Yes, that counts as a new connection even if you did not hang up again the telephone.

8. After having composed N° of access, it is occupied. |
 |
It can arrive, exceCCConally, that you do not manage to join your correspondent, particularly the New Year's Day, on October 1st (national festival in China) or during the first 5 days of the Chinese new year. If you encounter this problem, thank you to have patience and recompose N° of access. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact our hotline.

9. After having composed N° of my correspondent, that sounds occupied or nobody answers. Is it invoiced? |
 |
Not, they are not succeeded calls which do not give place to invoicing. If you note that a call not succeeded was invoiced to you or deducted, contact the hot-line immediately or address to us email to info@callingcardscollection.com while specifying: the hour and the date of this anomaly and, of course N° of series of your telephone chart. We Re-will credit you the minutes which were deducted by error.

10. I badly hear my correspondent and the communication is of bad quality. Why? |
 |
Several possible reasons with that:
- The zone called: Perhaps you call a zone of 2nd or 3rd degree in which the equipment does not make it possible yet to ensure the stability of the communications.
- The telephone: It may be that the station of your correspondent or your station does not make it possible to ensure the quality of the communication.
- Networks: are saturated. Because of many calls, the phone networks saturate and quality drops.

11. Is I hear of “false connection”, what it? |

When the networks are very saturated, the telephone switch can make errors. One speaks then about “false connection”. If you note that minutes were deducted, do not hesitate to announce by calling us the hot-line or by addressing email to us to info@callingcardscollection.com while specifying: the hour and the date of this anomaly and, of course N° of series of your telephone chart. We Re-will credit you the minutes which were deducted by error.
